Many of our items are custom made for you when you place an order. Custom order or special order items are ordered for you when you place your order. Cancellations must be made within 3 days. Because custom made items are ordered specificallly for you, payment in full is required when you place your order. Custom ordered, personalized or made to order merchandise is not returnable and orders are not cancellable once we place the order with the manufacturer. Cancelled or refused orders are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the retail cost. This includes, but is not limited to cribs, bedding, furniture, special occasion dresses, boys suits, eton suits and monogrammed items. Please contact us within 7 days if you have a problem with a non-returnable item that you have received.
